Bright, bittersweet and sparkling, an Aperol Spritz is an easy cocktail to make at home. This simple 3–2–1 recipe combines Prosecco, Aperol and soda water over ice, finished with an Ember Botanicals dried orange wheel.

Ingredients

  • - 90ml chilled Prosecco
  • - 60ml Aperol
  • - 30ml chilled soda water
  • - Ice cubes

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the chilled Prosecco.
  3. Add the Aperol, followed by the soda water.
  4. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
  5. Finish with an Ember Botanicals dried orange wheel and serve immediately.
